When Jazmin Oquendo arrived at the Greater Paterson OIC, she came with a plan.

With a background in phlebotomy and prior experience in the medical industry, her plan was to come to OIC, earn her Microsoft Office Specialist certification, take some time off to give birth, and get back into the workforce.

We are pleased to report that for Jazmin, things are going according to plan. She has earned Microsoft Office Specialist certificates in both Word and Excel, and just for good measure, she also achieved her Customer Service Professional certification.

Jazmin has completed the first phase of her plan and is now moving into phase two. She is expecting a baby girl soon, so she has shifted her attention to preparing for her arrival. We have no doubt that she will successfully move on to the third phase of her plan and return to the workforce prepared to make a difference. Congratulations Jazmin.
